This last weekend Paul and I spent it in Hokitika.

Hokitika is on the West Coast of the South Island, which is a very beautiful part of the country.

We had a lovely relaxing time away.

On our way over we went via Ngahere to visit my cousin Anna, she is a amazing women.

So strong and courageous especially with the hand she has been dealt of late.

Here is the card I made for her.

It's another peek a boo card.

I have used Birthday Bouquet DSP.

I used sheltered tree and Rose Wonder Stamp Set.

We also took here an Owl that I have made for here garden.

Anna has an amazing garden with lots of pot people and other bits and pieces.

These owls are so fun to make, you can upcycle just about anything to made them.

I have some on our fence.

Yesterday at Craft Group my Friend Bev brought along stunning fancy fold card that she got for 70th birthday last week, I took photos of and measurements.
When I came home I did some investigating and found out that it was a Peek a Boo card the tutorial is on Splitcoaststampers.
Here's my card that I made.

I used Botanical Builder Framelits for the flowers and Bitty Butterfly Punch.
I have used The Colour Tree #9 for my colour combo.

When you open your card the hidden message slides across.

I have used Ovals and Deco Labels Framelits.

I used Timeless Textures and Butterfly Basics Stamp Sets.
I added a complete panel of Shimmery White Card to give you plenty of room to write your message, in the tutorial they only used an oval cut out.
